1

Eligibility and Accounts

You may use Contoprix only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and, where applicable, have authority to act on behalf of your organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, restricting unauthorized access, and keeping account information accurate and current.

2

Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features and services require a paid subscription. Pricing, limits, billing cycles, and plan features may be described on pricing pages, order forms, or separate commercial agreements.

Unless otherwise agreed, fees are billed in advance, taxes remain the customer’s responsibility where applicable, and non-payment may result in suspension or termination of service access.

3

Customer Content and Ownership

Customers retain ownership of the content, media, documents, schemas, and configuration they create or manage through Contoprix.

By using the service, customers grant Contoprix a limited right to host, process, back up, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide and support the service.

4

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate the law, infringe rights, upload malicious code, interfere with platform integrity, abuse APIs, distribute spam, or bypass product controls.

We may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate access when use presents legal, security, abuse, or operational risk.

Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, users, tenants, or data.

Do not misuse API keys, access tokens, or integration credentials.

Do not upload unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful content.

Do not reverse engineer protected services except where the law clearly permits it.

5

APIs, SDKs, and Developer Use

Contoprix provides APIs, SDKs, documentation, and developer tooling to support integrations and custom delivery workflows.

When using these interfaces, you agree to follow published guidance, respect rate limits and platform restrictions, and secure all credentials used by your applications and teams.

6

Availability, Changes, and Support

We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, upgrades, security responses, or external issues may affect service continuity.

We may change, improve, or deprecate features over time. Enterprise customers may have additional commitments under a separate written agreement.

7

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, payment obligations are not met, fraudulent or abusive activity is detected, or continued access creates a legal or security issue.

Customers may cancel according to the applicable subscription or order terms, but obligations that naturally survive termination will continue after the account relationship ends.

8

Disclaimers, Liability, and Governing Law

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law, and implied warranties may be disclaimed where legally allowed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, indirect and consequential damages are excluded, and total liability is typically limited to amounts paid for the service during the defined lookback period, unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
